We know that the thought of placing your beloved pet in a dog kennel whilst way is a daunting thought, so we offer a loving home from home for your best friends, who would be welcomed into a home setting and treated as part of our family whilst you are on your travels.

We know that the thought of placing your beloved pet in a dog kennel whilst way is a daunting thought, so we offer a loving home from home for your best friends, who would be welcomed into a home setting and treated as part of our family whilst you are on your travels.
A complimentary meet and greet with your dog will be required prior to confirming any booking to ensure the best for your pet. We will also ask you many questions to ensure that we can give your pet the best care possible and uphold any regular routines you have in place. Trial nights will also be required for initial stays longer than 2 nights.
There will be other dogs in the houses so unfortunately we cannot accept reactive or unneutered dogs. We are unable to accept banned breeds. Dogs are also required to be fully vaccinated.

When you live a busy life, it is hard to consistently provide the attention and care that your pets can demand. That is why we are here to help lend a hand. If you are stuck at work all day, get called away for meetings or just want a family day out, leave your beloved dog with us.
We offer a limited day care service in a home environment
When you live a busy life, it is hard to consistently provide the attention and care that your pets can demand. That is why we are here to help lend a hand. If you are stuck at work all day, get called away for meetings or just want a family day out, leave your beloved dog with us.
We offer a limited day care service in a home environment (subject to availability) between 7:30am-6pm. This will include walks, play and cuddles. There is only space for up to 4 dogs a day (which includes any boarders), so everyone gets plenty of attention.

It is not just dogs we love at The Collar Club Ipswich, cats are pretty cool as well.
We offer drop-in visits to help look after your cat(s) whilst you are away. We can come feed, empty litter trays, play and offer your cat some company. This can be a 30min to an hour visit. We are also happy to collect mail and water plants as well.
We are fully insured for home visits and DBS checked.
